Sila Bikes Limited Warranty

At Sila, we stand behind the quality of our bikes. This warranty is transferable to subsequent owners with the serial number except for the lifetime warranty, which applies only to the original owner.

3-Year Limited Warranty (Frame, Fork, Seatpost)

Defects in materials and workmanship are covered for 3 years from the original purchase date. Free replacement parts and shipping to the original delivery address are included. The repair or replacement of the Sila Bike will be performed at the sole discretion of Sila Bike LLC.

Restrictions:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., bearings, bushings, paint fade)
• Damage from racing, competition, stunts, or commercial use
• Crash or impact damage, accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect
• Improper assembly, poor maintenance, or unauthorized modifications
• Damage during shipping, transportation, or travel
• Corrosion from environmental exposure or improper storage

Note: Paint, decals, and finish are covered for 1 year.

Limited Lifetime Warranty (Frame, Fork, Seatpost)

After 3 years, structural defects are covered for the lifetime of the bike only for the original owner who registers the bike within 90 days of purchase by emailing info@silabikes.com with proof of purchase. Replacement or repair will be performed at the sole discretion of Sila Bike LLC. Replacement parts are provided free of charge; shipping after year 3 is the owner’s responsibility. Restrictions identical to the 3-year warranty apply.

Other Components

Covered for 1 year or per the component manufacturer’s warranty, whichever is longer.

How to Claim

Submit claims with proof of purchase or serial number to Sila Bikes or an authorized retailer.

Additional Limitations

This warranty does not cover labor for installation or removal and does not affect statutory consumer rights.
